The Direct Messaging service is currently down. Creators may be affected in the following ways:
- Unable to create and send direct messages
- Unable to receive direct messages
- Unable to access or see current direct messages
What Triller Is Doing About It #
Our team is working on bringing the DM service back online as soon as possible.
What Creators Can Do #
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide an estimated time until DMs are again available. In the meantime, you can continue to communicate with followers and creators by using the comments feature on every video.
We know this is frustrating, and we’re doing all we can to resolve it for you — the creators, and your followers.
